What's YOUR booking process?
Fill out the contact form here. From there, we'll schedule a phone call or FaceTime meeting to answer all your questions and get to know each other a bit. Once you sign the agreement and send over the retainer fee for your date, I'm officially booked as your wedding photographer.
Do you help with the wedding day timeline?
Definitely! A couple months before your big day (or sooner if you're ready), we'll have another phone call to hash out the timeline. If anything changes, no problem! We'll work through the timeline together to create the perfect pace for your day.
DO you require a deposit?
Yes, I require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee to officially book your date. The remaining amount can be paid anytime before your wedding day on on the day itself.
Do you TRAVEL?
Yes! Please reach out and let me know where you are planning to have your wedding and we can talk more. There is not a one size fits all answer for travel fees, so we'll figure out the logistics and work with your budget.
What's your turnaround time?
The full online image gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks of your wedding day. Depending on the amount of bookings during the month of your wedding, delivery may take up to 8 weeks. Your wedding photography agreement will definitely specify what to expect. However, I try to deliver a few sneak peeks within the first couple days after your wedding so you can stay excited about your day while waiting for the rest of the gallery.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER TYPES OF PHOTO SESSIONS?
In addition to weddings, I do offer other event and portrait photography sessions based on my availability. Feel free to email osmondphotos@gmail.com and we an discuss details.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes. Osmond Photography is covered by Full Frame insurance. If your venue is requesting proof or needs to be added on as an "additional insured," no problem. Just try to give me at least a week's notice so I can make sure everything is prepared for the wedding day.
